Ms. Michelle

Ms. Michelle has experience in both homeschool and public school education.  She homeschooled her four children for 5 years before opening a K-3rd grade learning pod. After two years of running a learning pod, she decided to enter a public school district as a Digital Learning Specialist where she supported teachers as they implemented technology in the classroom. She missed her kids too much and decided to return to the learning pod environment. Ms. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology from Western Governors University. As the Kindergarten-1st grade classroom teacher, Ms. Michelle focuses on providing play-based learning opportunities to support math and literacy development as well as explorations in science, social studies, and art.
